This notice explains what we do with personal details you give us through this website and when we trade with you. The controller of your details is Ruvelle Exports, a sole proprietorship owned by Gopal Swami, based in Surat, Gujarat, India. Contact us about anything in this notice at hello@ruvelleexports.com.
What we collect
- Forms on this site: your name, boutique name, town, work email, phone number (if you give it), the prints or services you are interested in and your message, plus the page you sent it from and the time.
- When you trade with us: contact and delivery details, your business’s VAT and EORI numbers, what you ordered and what you paid. We do not store card details; payments are made by bank transfer.
- Emails and messages you send us.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting a page does not share your details with third parties.

Who we share it with
- Hostinger, which hosts this website, our email and the server that handles our forms. It processes your details only on our instructions.
- Couriers and freight agents, to deliver your order and clear it through customs.
- Banks and payment providers, to receive your payments.
- Tax and customs authorities in India and the UK, where the law requires it.
We never sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
International transfers
We are based in India, so your details are handled by us in India and by our providers wherever their servers are. We keep them only on services we have chosen, under the safeguards in this notice, and we limit access to the people who need it to serve you.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to an order: up to 2 years after we last heard from you.
- Order, invoice and export records: as long as Indian tax and customs law requires (currently up to 8 years).
- News emails: until you opt out.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your details, correct them, delete them, restrict how we use them, send them to you or another company in a usable format, or stop using them for news emails or any purpose based on our legitimate interests. Email hello@ruvelleexports.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, please tell us first. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk .
Keeping it safe
Our website and forms use encrypted connections (HTTPS), our accounts use strong unique passwords, and only we can see your details.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
